My name is Steve Cross and I was educated at
the famous Culinary Institute of America and I'm a forty year
veteran of the restaurant world. I was proud to be the executive
chef of some fine establishments including the BoothBay Harbor Yacht
Club, Maine, The Commodore Restaurant, Beverly, Zachary's Ribs and
Spirits, St. Martin NA., Buzz's Wharf, Maui, and the prestigious
O'Donnell Country Club, Palm Springs, CA. My career has been an
adventure but now it's time to come home and cook for my family,
friends, and the town where I grew up - good old Beverly. I know
the food we love here and I promise to devote my skills and passion
to a fresh and home-cooked menu designed to please us all.

and the rest of my family and friends who helped me get started.
